By making the zones in that particular way, we were able to:
•Make a minimum impact on the roads and infrastructure.
•Keep large areas for future needs.
•Keep the majority of existing residences intact and usable
•Offer a potential and value for future expansions as per changing needs.
•Creation of a vibrant area at the main highway side, and a calm area dedicated for private residences
