The hotel is formed by 2 buildings over a common podium.
The podium roof has 2 swimming pools, a restaurant, lounges, gym, a spa as well as greenery to complement the general modern and modular aspect.
The blocs have different height which ads a dynamic modern aspect to the project.
The hotel is linked to the convention centre in case of complementary events, via a nice landscaped area with some reflective pools. There is a covered parking space within the podium in addition to an
open air parking. Each typical floor in each block, has 14 standard rooms and 4 suites.
The layout is easily modified as per the operator request, in case we need to accommodate special suite or communicating rooms, etc…
The core contains the main circulation, as well as service facilities, laundry, storage, electrical room, shafts, etc…
Each unit has it’s own balcony. A special care was made to the orientation
to minimize solar heat gain in a passive way.
