The project consists of renovating an entire floor of the Chambre de Commerce d’Industrie et d’Agriculture du Liban-Nord into smart offices for promoting innovation and Economy of Knowledge among university students. the area is devided into 3 communicating Zones, the fist one is the Energy zone, the second is the quiet zone and the third one is the Reflexion zone. Smart agencing allow the young people to work individually or in groups. they can write on the back-painted white glass and can have access to the WCs and
open kitchen. The ceiling is covered with strips to minimize the eccho and to allow future modification in spaces or furniture whenever needed.
