The building is located in Zone P8 Tripoli. It is designed with two to three underground floors with parking facilities and technical rooms, in the ground and mezzanine floors are located a reception, cafeteria and a multi-purpose area; there are co-working spaces in the upper floors.
Co-working space assuring synergy, Nreflection, exchanging ideas of knowledge… all in a psychologically enticing space.
Co-working locations for start-ups are insured as well. NGOs in a co-working space will contribute better to their goals. NGOs working on the SDGs will benefit from the building as well.
Secretary and reception stations are designed cleverly to be highly efficient with minimum space usage; since each one serves the floor according it in addition to the floor directly above the floor and directly under it.
The building is designed in compliance with all valid sustainable standards and national regulations:
• Materials chosen in the design are with higher quality than the commonly used materials in the country;
• Façades are designed for better insulation properties with double glazed windows with thermal breaks to provide a better inner micro climate, energy saving and sound insulation;
• South-east and south-west elevations are characterized by a pattern of vertical and horizontal integrated louvers to regulate the daylight and reduce the energy consumption;
• Solar and P.V. panels can be installed on the roof. Most importantly is the quality of space this building provides to an integrated community of Large Administration or International Business to be present in Tripoli for a mutual benefit among those corporate in the city.
